Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
